Then Cultural Cooking is the place to be.

Our first cultural cooking class was a huge success this fall. We made Chilli Basil Stir-Fried Pumpkin, Kway Teow with Mushrooms and Kai Lan, Vegetables in Coconut Milk, Lemon Chicken and Coconut and Rice Pudding. (See photos). We will get together once a month at OUE Social Kitchen downtown and cook up a storm. Every month we will feature a different cuisine. Our monthly chefs are AWA Volunteers who would like to share their cultural recipes with us. All food, recipes and tools are provided.
